Hello! Hope you’re okay! Today’s blog post is all about how to practice gratitude! This is something that I have started doing recently as my life has become more busy and it has helped me so much mentally! Here’s some of my simple tips about the ways in which you can practice gratitude in your daily life! I hope you like this post and comment how you practice gratitude!

Appreciating The Small Things In Life
Sometimes when we are feeling stressed or demotivated, it can be hard to stay positive but appreciating the small things in life can really improve your mood! Things such as food/drink, music, interactions with friends/family, etc. are great examples of everyday things that we often don’t appreciate enough!
Start a Journal or Daily Photo Library
Journals are a great way to track your daily mood, habits, etc. and you can be creative with a journal! I’m really liking the app BeReal at the moment because it gives you random times to capture what you are doing and it shows your memories so you can look back on each day!

Set Aside Time In The Morning Or Evening To Practice Gratitude
These are the best times to practice gratitude because they are usually the quietest times in the day! Practicing gratitude in the morning gets you in a positive mindset for the day and practicing gratitude in the evening helps you to relax! You only need 5 minutes in your day to practice gratitude and it can be so beneficial!
Reflect On Your Achievements & Challenges
Reflecting on your achievements (no matter how big or small) helps you feel proud of yourself and reflecting on your challenges can help you overcome them! What I like to do just before I go to bed is reflect on my day and what has happened!
Yeah practising gratitude can be very beneficial to our mental health. I’ve started writing down 3 wins before bed and it really helps you see the good in the day. Great post. Thanks for sharing.
