Add A New Workout To Your Workout
This is probably the easiest thing to do if you’re in the gym but this could also be done with home workouts as well! I like to add a new weight machine to my workout in the gym sometimes but still follow a similar routine as normal to slightly switch up my routine! If you’re doing an at home workout, you could focus more on doing a specific type of workout (legs, abs, full body) for each workout!
Change Up Your Environment
If you go on walks/runs, try out a new route or if you go to the gym, you could try out a new gym if there’s another gym close to you! When I go for runs, I have two different routes to go on depending on the distance or time of day! Changing up your environment could motivate you to workout and it makes workouts more exciting!
Make A New Workout Playlist
I love listening to music while exercising so I have many workout playlists that I listen to in the gym mainly! If you need inspiration for a workout playlist, check out my The Ultimate Workout Playlist blog post! You could make different playlists for your workouts based on artists, moods or genres!
Challenge Yourself In Your Workout
It’s always a good idea to challenge yourself a little in each workout! It could be going a longer distance, doing a faster time or just doing a workout that you’ve never tried before! It keeps your workouts more interesting and it is also benefitting your physical and mental wellbeing!
Bring A Friend With You
They might have a completely different workout to you so you could try their workout out to mix up your workout and you might find a new type of workout that you enjoy! It also makes working out more fun and you can motivate each other!
