Hello! Hope you’re okay! Today’s blog post is what I do in a week – fitness edition! I really liked my What I Do In A Week – Blog Edition post and I wanted to do kind of a series (comment other what I do in a week post ideas)! Firstly, I want to do a disclaimer that I don’t do all of this every week (I wish I did). I do it often but when I’m busy, I do less then this and that’s okay! My aim was to do 5 days of exercise which I’m really happy that I achieved it! I hope you enjoy this post and comment what your weekly fitness routine is!
I also did a Workout Routine blog post earlier this year and this is like an updated version of that because we aren’t in lockdown anymore in the UK so my routine has changed quite a bit!

Every Monday, I have a dance class for an hour! I do many different styles of dance (some more energetic than others) and it’s probably my favourite workout of the week!
I went to the gym for over an hour on Tuesday! I also walked to the gym as a warm up which is about a 25 mins walk! I’m going to be doing a gym routine blog post in the future because I’m starting to go to the gym more often so look out for that on my blog!
A rest day but I decided to go on a 30 min walk as some light exercise and to stretch my legs! I like to go on walks because they are an easy exercise especially for rest days!
On Thursday, I went on a run! I did 2 miles which isn’t my furthest but I’m trying to build up to longer distances again. If you’re a runner or you want to start running, check out my Running Tips For Beginners post for some advice!
I did a 15 minute workout video on Friday! It was a Joe Wicks full body workout which I did at the start of the day and it was a good workout!
Saturday was a complete rest day because it’s important to have at least a day without any exercise so you don’t injure yourself and you can recover!
I went on another run on Sunday! I only did 1.5 miles but I did it at a quicker pace than Thursday’s run! I try to do one long run a week and one quicker run for variation and to improve my pace and distance!
