Listen To Music/Podcasts

I listen to music and podcasts a lot recently and I really like it! Recently, I’ve started listening to podcasts daily and it helps me relax or have fun. Let me know if you want to see a blog post about my favourite podcasts in the future!

Watch Your Favourite TV Show/Movie/YouTube Videos

Watching TV or YouTube is a really nice thing to do to relax after a long day! I love watching TV in the evenings because I can catch up with my favourite shows or have a movie night. I also really like watching YouTube after I’ve had a long day because there’s so much to watch and it’s really fun!

Have A Bath

This is something that I don’t do enough. I haven’t had a bath in a while and I definitely want to start having them more often. They are so relaxing and you can watch some TV or music while you’re in the bath which is nice!

Read A Book

Reading a book is a really good self care activity because it definitely helps you relax. I’ve started reading a new book and I enjoy reading it when I have free time. You should definitely give yourself some time in the week to read because there are so many benefits to it!

Play A Game

Playing a game is so fun and this can be a board game or a video game. I’ve been playing on my Nintendo Switch a lot more recently because it is very entertaining! I also like playing video games or board games with family because it makes it more fun.

  2. Music is my absolute go to after a long, stressful day. It’s the one thing that helps calm my mind. Reading is another thing I enjoy but for some reason lately I’ve been having a bit of a tough time concentrating on reading, my mind gets too distracted. Something to work on!   3. I would love to see a post about your favorite podcasts! 😀 I have just started listening to podcasts so that would really help! Also, reading is always a pleasure and a “me time” so that’s always on my list. I sometimes play board games too, it is fun and a great family time!
