5 Fun Activities To Do This Halloween

Hello! Hope you’re okay! Today’s blog post is another Halloween themed post. It’s all about fun activities to do this Halloween! You can do all of these activities at home so if you don’t want to go out this Halloween, check out these activities and give them a go. I hope you enjoy this post and comment what you like to do at Halloween!

Carve A Pumpkin

This is a classic Halloween activity. You can be creative with this and it’s so much fun. You could even do a Halloween pumpkin challenge to see who can carve the best or scariest pumpkin!

Do Some Halloween Baking

Baking is a really good activity to do and there are so many cool Halloween baking recipes out there for you to try. My favourite flavour for Halloween baking is chocolate orange because it goes with loads of different cakes and it is delicious!

Watch Some Halloween Movies

I love Halloween movies and I’m definitely going to watch a few this year. Even if you don’t like scary/horror movies, there are plenty of family Halloween movies that are great! Here are some Halloween movie recommendation blog posts for you to check out:

Do An At Home Halloween Photoshoot

If you are dressing up for Halloween, why not do a Halloween photoshoot for your socials! All you need is a costume (check out my How To Create Halloween Outfits From Your Wardrobe blog post if you need any inspiration) and a blank wall. If you really wanted to, you could buy some Halloween decorations to go in the background but it’s totally up to you.

Play Games

You could play some scary, Halloween themed games on a console or you could even make your own Halloween game! This is a fun idea to do with family or friends and it gives you something to do on the days before Halloween if you are making your own game.

  1. These all sound like fun! They will have to wait until next year, however. My son is getting married the next day, and we are having a rehearsal dinner on Halloween night. Originally we were going to do that in costume, but it got voted down by the majority of attendees 🙂

  2. We got more than a handful of pumpkins and still have four to carve! It is joyous to see their spooky eyes and teeth glowing at night. I also love baking! The latest out of the oven are butterscotch cookies! 🙂

  3. Pumpkin carving is favourite activity for me, and I can’t wait to enjoy it again this year! Last year, we held a Halloween-themed fundraiser at my house and to decorate for that, we carved 30 pumpkins. This year is going to be a lot quieter, but we’ll still do a couple to go out on the front step. It’s not Halloween without pumpkin carving.
